The Ironpigs announced that updates to AAA Spring Training game, (starting tomorrow), will be posted on the PigRadio twitter account.

Am I missing something or are there no updates on the new Pigs Radio twitter page from today’s game? Perhaps I assumed too much by thinking the updates would occur while the game was in progress.
It looks like they posted two summary tweets. I too was under the impression we would be getting live updates… could be first day technical problems, but who knows.
The tweets are sporadic and delayed, but certainly better than nothing. Sure would like a box though. It’s great to know that Nate Bump looked good in his start and only gave up one run, but I’d sure like to know who the chump(s) is who gave up the other 10.
OK, so it was Standridge, Overholt, and Woods as the guilty parties. No shame in one bad outing during s/t. We’ll have to keep an eye on it.
The pitching fell through but the hitting was there. I’d rather see a high scoring game than a 1-0 loss.
I checked with a couple sources and the Phillies do not send out box scores for these games. Unless you have someone there willing to keep score at the games we won’t get much more than highlights.
Thanks. I’ll stop looking…silly anyway probably. It’s not like I get any say in it.
If they keep giving nice summaries like the one on the IP site today, I can be happy with that.
