Who are these giraffe-pigs and what have they done with Ferrous and FeFe ??!!
They said the costumes were 40 grand each*… I say no, who cares about the money I want the ferrus and fefe that I know back! I think the new ones look too much like phanatic, the IP’s looks were original… Idk I am actually kinda upset about this, I guess I am a bit attached to ferrus and fefe… The old ones of course

I thought this was just a joke for last night. Joke’s on me, I guess.
It’s not like I really care about mascots per se, but the new look is ridiculous and embarrassing. If we can’t have winning baseball, I have to cling to certain things: the quality of our entertainment is one. This dimishes that.
IT’S INVASION OF THE BODY SNATCHERS!!!Those new costumes are embarrasingly bad. Why can’t they leave well enough alone? They screwed up the ‘name the mascot’ contest and now this! I hate it!

It is a fact, there are no appropriate words that are printable here to adequately and accurately represent this fiasco.
I was at the game last night and there was almost a collective WTF moment when they revelaed the costumes. I really don’t get it. My first thought upon seeing Ferrous was that it was a rat. Then I saw the Phanatic likeness. Please change them back! Do it for the kids!
I honestly think as a 6 year old i would be scared of them, the other pigs seemed much more approachable then the new ones, but thats just my opinion
What happened to Fe Fe’s pig tails?
I haven’t been to see the Pigs yet but I like the old ones better.

The original Ferrous and FeFe were cute. The new ones are goofy-looking and not in a comical way. They look like cross-breeds from a bear and a pig. Since when do pigs have FUR? I’m sure the new costumes don’t weigh as much as the old and the slimmer lines probably fit better in a car, but the original faces should have been maintained. I would have been happy if the mascots simply “went on a diet”. Think of all the merchandise that has to be ditched, and PR that has to be re-shot with the new mascots.
