what are the chances of Dobbs coming to the IronPigs ? slim ?
Phillies have 10 days to either trade him or buyout his contract. If he is not traded and clears waivers, he can be outrighted to the Pigs.
I think Dobbs has enough time in the majors to have the right to refuse a minor league assignment if he chooses to do so.
