I was a little surprised that Mike Hessman (.287-18-57) didn’t make it but then I noticed that he is currently on the disabled list. He would have been a good candidate to win the homerun derby.
4 Pigs on the team. Not bad!! I bet Z would have been on there, had he not been up with the Phillies. I can’t wait to see who is in the HR Derby. Tracy needs to be in it after that bomb yesterday!!
Why no Louisville bats players on the aaa alstar team
The selection is a combination of fan votes, player votes and coaches. Louisville’s 33-59 record may give an indication of a poor year for their players but I’m surprised they didn’t pull at least one to represent the team.
