The Ironpig players are reported to have helped out the community this morning for lunch.

Select Lehigh Valley IronPigs players, coaches, staff members and their wives will be preparing and serving food at the Lehigh County Conference of Churches Soup Kitchen at the St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Allentown on Thursday, June 9, at 12 noon. St. Paul’s Lutheran Church is located at 38 S. 8th St., Allentown, PA, 18101. Please note that because the IronPigs personnel in attendance will be serving food beginning at 12 noon all interviews must be conducted from 11:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. only.
All of the food that will be served on Thursday has been provided by the Lehigh Valley IronPigs. We anticipate serving more than 200 meals on Thursday from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. The Soup Kitchen is run through the Lehigh County Conference of Churches. This team has a great attitude and adds a personal touch that anyone can appreciate! Could this be the influence of a First Lady of the Ironpigs? I hope so 🙂
