Sounds like a good idea to me!

OinK On!

Toasted ravioli is actually breaded and deep-fried, and with rare exceptions is only of the cheese variety.
White hot dogs — unlike the other kind – are not smoked or cured, making for a colour closer to white than to red. They are one possible meat ingredient in that Rochester institution, the garbage plate (look it up).
Is it me, or should coffee/tea/cocoa be served as well?
I had no idea that is what toasted ravioli was. Sounds interesting. Thanks for the food lesson.
Barb and I made “toasted” ravioli in an Iron Chef cookoff a few years ago but used butternut squash as the filling.(secret ingredient was winter squash). It was a kick butt appetizer, and we wowed the judges.
One road-trip this year is definitely to Rochester – even if I have to go by myself! I want a garbage plate from Nick Tahous!
Who’s “wit” me?
Stuck in the middle of the woods in.. NEW YORK! hahahaha
Like you even have to ask…. IM IN! 🙂
Haha – I’m bringing bear mace this time!
So we have to decide 4/21-4/22 or 7/7-7/8 after the monster home stand – maybe we can follow the bus – pick up Matt on the way back….
Thoughts?
April!!
I have to pick my 2012 vacation in November already so do we know if we are gonna take any other road trips on week days?? * I know things can always change.
April in Rochester? It will be Brrrrrrrrrrr instead of Oink 🙂
We may have to huddle close together in the woods this time – haha
Prolly better than “sweatin’ to the oldies” in July after a monster home stand though.
Seriously, I’m gettin’ a garbage plate one way or a doggone other!
I think Jason Grilli’s family has a restaraunt up there too.
Jason you got your new jacket so you will be all set!
