Benefits of a Season Ticket Holder

While starting the plans for a road trip to see our friend Andy Tracy as a Manager in Williamsport I noticed this… Check it out!

Benefits of being a Crosscutters’ Season Ticket Holder:

Access to our VIP Gate

Located at the First Base concourse, our VIP gate is just that – for our Very Important Persons (that’s you!) This gate is open for a full half hour before our Main gate opens. That means you get to come in, get a hot dog, find your seat and take in some batting practice all before the general public can enter the stadium! (It also means no waiting in long lines on those great giveaway nights!) You must have your Frequent Fan card and your game ticket for entrance.

Enrollment in our Frequent Fan Program

Earn prizes just by attending games! All Season Ticket Holders are issued a Frequent Fan card. When you attend a game, simply check in with your Frequent Fan card at the Fan Center located in the Main Concourse. You can earn some great prizes based on the number of games you attend through the season. Prizes are awarded for 10, 20, 30 and 35 games attended. The more games you attend, the more prizes you win!

Recognition in our Souvenir Program

The Cutters will honor you (or your company) by listing your name in our Souvenir Program for all to see!

Never a wasted ticket

Whether you’re a general admission or box seat package holder, your tickets will never go to waste! General admission tickets are all undated and can be used for any home game at Historic Bowman Field, and box seat tickets that were not used on their intended date may be used for general admission seating all season long!

Exclusive discounts and special offers

Season ticket holders receive 20% off all purchases made in The Sawmill Team Store all season long. Simply show your Frequent Fan card at time of purchase. Save on food, too –Season ticket holders will be given the opportunity to buy Cutters Cash (to use at Cutters’ concession stands) at just $0.80 per dollar. That means you’re saving 20% on all your food and drink purchases!

Kind of makes half price sodas look, well… yeah, I’m not going to say it.

Anyways, stay tuned for a possible road trip!

    Half price sodas ???
    Have I been missing something?

  2. It is cool reading what other teams do with their stadiums and for their season ticket holders. It was the basis for some of my “suggestion box” series last spring.

The VIP gate is a common one. I think they’re doing that in Reading now, too. It’s an interesting solution to the giveaway conundrum as well so that season ticket holders have a little advantage over the “occupy the gate” crowd. I already get a taste of this with the club level entrance at CCP. One idea would be to let all of the season ticket holders use the club entrance and get in early and do the giveaway at the gate, but perhaps the IronPigs have too many season ticket holders to make that practical. However, I find that if I’m there that early, I just spend more money on food and drink. Also, batting practice is mostly over even if I am in my seat at 5:35.

The Frequent Fan Program is an interesting idea. It’s a clever way to separate the tickets from the people who are acutally attending the games. The prizes could be hats or T-shirts or iron tickets for food, or whatever. Reward credits for attending games, buying stuff in the store, etc.

I’ve said for a while that I think season ticket holders should get a better break at the Majestic Clubhouse Store. It could be tied to the FFP or the ticket plan or whatever, but it would get me in there to buy stuff more often.
